For those of you who don't know, Avatars or AV's are pictures, cartoons or photos, even prints of paintings which have been customised with a person's name, a "nick" or "handle". Other AV's are specially designed, collage style or purely digital and transformed into the most individual and totally cool calling card you'll see.

People post them in chatrooms to give themselves that special presence when chatting. They come in various sizes and styles, some amusing, some macho, some a little sexy, but all are fun.

They only cost a minimal amount and they can be yours forever! Our special offer which is on now, gives people their first avatar for almost nothing and all of the money goes towards the September 11th Fund. We just make the avatar, you send the donation yourself!

All you do is choose a picture, a photo or the clipart you want to use, tell us the style you would prefer and we'll do the rest. Many AV's have been completed for people and are already in use. A number are on display in our gallery. Take a look.
